It feels good to eat well (and healthy)
Reseach shows that eating is GOOD!! And choosing foods that are the least processed, mostly whole foods and eating carbohydrate rich foods earlier in the day help mainain a healthy weight and sustainable energy throughout the day.
Menus, Menus, Menus!! Eveeryone wants to follow a menu but my goal is help you design the perfect menu that meets your lifestyle and tastes.
Start with Lemon water (hot, temped or cold)
1 egg
1 banana or 1/2 cup fresh berries
1 piece of whole grain toast
1/2 cup tuna or chicken
1/2 avocado
Whole Grain Bread
Mixed greens with tomato, orange slices & cucumber
Lean meat, fish or chicken
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
Mid-day Snack
Any vegetables
